» By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you are purchasing for my style. I will not take request to draw or paint in another artist's style.

» Payment is done through Paypal, using USD ($) as currency, Upfront or after sketch is approved

» Once a drawing has been started, payment will not be refundable (unless I discontinue it)

» All commission are applicable for commercial use, however, making prints, merch, etc from my art are prohibited. (If you're looking for something like that, dm me and we can discuss the pricing)

» Credit must be given if you do use my art for commercial purposes

​

» I hold rights over my commissions (e.g. to post in my gallery, social media, use for publicity, prints, graphics, etc.)

» Commission process might be stream live on twitch or shared on my YouTube channel (Tell me if you don't want me streaming it)

» Commission with no character reference need to pay an extra amount (for character design)

​

» Complex work will have extra cost, which will be discussed before commission is accepted

​

» If fanart is commissioned, I am absolved from any legal responsibility if you are found using said artwork for anything other than personal use
